Facial Liposuction Washington, DC
Facial liposuction improves the contours of the face by removing resistant fat deposits. Commonly targeted areas of facial liposuction include the chin, cheeks, neck and jowls. It is often used in combination with a facelift in a “full-faced” person.
It is generally performed as an outpatient procedure and can be performed with techniques that infuse targeted fat cells with a solution to reduce post-operative bruising and swelling. Patients usually return to work in one to two weeks, and back to strenuous activity within a month. Results are permanent.
No scarring soon after surgery; a very natural look; and 15 to 20 years younger looking!
I’ve had several facial rejuvenation procedures by Dr. Olding over the last 7 years and they have all been excellent. In every instance, Dr. Olding listened carefully to what I wanted done and he provided good feedback on what he would recommend. He’s very easy to speak with, very friendly and kind, as is all his staff. Previously, I had a procedure done in Los Angeles, so I have a good basis for comparison. Dr. Olding is, by far, better. No scarring soon after surgery; a very natural look; and 15 to 20 years younger looking! Highly recommended in every way possible.
Side effects of facial liposuction include temporary bruising, swelling, numbness, soreness or fluid drainage. Potential complications range from asymmetry and skin rippling to discoloration, infection, and temporary nerve injury.
